Exclusive Venues

Business Issue
Some of the most exclusive conference and banqueting venues in central London had been working with each other for a few years on an informal network basis. They decided it was time to formalise their network and have a joint visual identity and website that they could collectively use to market their venues together to boost individual sales and generate reciprocal business.

 

Our Response
In order to generate an online presence for the networking group a visual identity that reflected the stature and quality of the venues involved was required. The challenge was to create a clear identity that would not dominate the identities of all the brands involved and to devise a name that articulated what the group was about.

A sophisticated and elegantly designed website that allowed the individual venues to showcase themselves without being dominated by the design of the website was produced. The navigation and functionality were also kept simple for this reason.

 

Business Result
The result is a coordinated identity, focused for their target market. All venues have reported enquiries or new business via the website.

The network also uses the website as a tool to help them recommend other venues as an alternative to themselves if they are not able to help a client thus generating further business for the other venues within the network.
