Channel 4 wanted a lively website that reflected it's brand, utilised cutting edge technology which had functionality and features that would encourage their target audience to make regular visits to the website.
Our Response
We designed a fresh, appealing and user friendly website that reflected the Channel 4 brand and personality. We wanted the visitors to feel as comfortable visiting the website as they would talking to one of their contacts at Channel 4.
We utilised XHTML and Flash 8 as the core technologies and developed a bespoke content management system to allow the client and the relevant internal departments at Channel 4 to update their sections.
Business Result
The website was deemed an instant hit with the target audience. After a few months of its launch membership of the website was up by 20%, exceeding the clients expectations.
